The table below highlights procedures in the Data Management Manual that may be helpful in completing specific parts of data cleanup.

1.      View the user extract.

4.      Ensure educators with the role of teacher have an educator identifier associated with their account.

Change User Account Information

 

Enrollment

1.      View the current enrollment extract.

2.      Compare the extract data against your state or district data.

3.      Keep rows of information that require correction.

4.      Delete rows of information that do not require correction.

5.      Delete the first five specified columns described above to prepare the extract for use as an enrollment file.

6.      Upload the enrollment file*.

7.    Exit students from the system if needed.
