How do we communicate within our school if the Proctor PIN is changed?

The District Test Coordinator (DTC) should make sure that every school has an established communication protocol for the Proctor PIN when any changes occur to the Proctor PIN during CBT testing. Any changes to the Proctor PIN must be immediately communicated to all test coordinators and Proctors within a school.

The Proctor PIN is visible on the homepage of Nextera Admin and can be changed at any time by the DTC, but, again, this must be communicated. The Proctor PIN is case-sensitive.

The Proctor PIN is the only way that a student who pauses the test, such as to go to the bathroom, can re-enter a CBT test session. The Proctor must type the PIN on the student's keyboard for re-entry to a CBT test session.
