No, scorers or Readers (the name of the scorer's role in ScorePoint) will never see the student's name or any other information about the student while scoring constructed responses in ScorePoint. The constructed response items are served randomly for an item group. A unique identifier for the item allows NWEA to link the constructed response to the student's NYSSIS ID in their database.
