Some teacher accounts were imported to Nextera Admin without an email address.When no email address was available for a teacher, the username was created from BEDS code + first name / last name for the teacher. Additionally, these accounts will not have valid email address for sending Nextera Admin login credentials to the user. An email address can be added to the teacher account by clicking on "View" and adding an email address on the "View Account" page for the teacher account.
