Known Issue: Login Tickets Not Available until 7am the Next Day for Newly Created Students Who Are Added to ELA Classes

There is an overnight delay for printing student login tickets when a newly created student is added to a CBT ELA field testing class in Nextera Admin. This is not an issue for newly created students who are added to CBT Math field testing classes.

When creating a new student in Nextera Admin, the next step, typically, is to add that newly created student to a field testing class so that a student login ticket can be generated. For any newly created student added to an ELA class, the student will not have a login ticket assigned until a batch process runs overnight to assign one of the three CBT ELA field testing forms.

After creating a new student and adding that student to a CBT ELA field testing class, test coordinators must wait to print student login tickets (like the above student roster report for a math class) until 7am the next morning. This also means the student will not appear in the student roster report available from the Tests tab until 7am the next morning.

Again, this delay only affects newly created students for CBT ELA field testing classes. Newly created students who are added to a CBT Math class will be available for testing immediately as they will be available on the Tests tab for printing student login tickets.

Newly created students added to a CBT ELA field testing class will be available on the Students tab, and Classes tab. They will also be available on the Testing Details tab but will have an "N/A" indication for testing status. These students will not be available on the Tests tab until 7am the next day.
