Why haven't I received my registration confirmation email for the Regional CBT Fall Presentation Sessions?

The CBT Technical Support Team is sending registration confirmation emails Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM on the day a user has registered. The confirmation email is sent to the email address users provide on the registration form and includes confirmation of the location for which the user has registered to attend the CBT Fall Presentation Session. We have heard some users are not receiving these email confirmations from CBT Support.

If you don't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.

If you do not find the email confirmation present in either email inbox or spam folder, please contact CBT Support. We will confirm to you that an email confirmation was sent and provide the email copy to you in response.
