Nextera Admin Data Wipe
For the 2017-18 computer-based testing administration, we will be removing (“wiping”) the 2016-17 data from Nextera Admin. Schools, districts, and all users, including students, will be removed from Nextera Admin and replaced with new data for the upcoming 2017-18 test administration. We will repeat this process to refresh all New York State data each year of CBT. The data wipe is planned for mid-late November 2017.
All users, including Principals, District Test Coordinators (DTC), and School Test Coordinators (STC), will have new accounts and will need new passwords. Users can contact Questar Customer Support to activate their new accounts. Principals have access rights and permissions to create new accounts and activate users in their schools. DTCs have access rights and permissions to create new accounts and activate users in their district.
In November, we will launch CBT Technology Readiness where all principals of schools that have ordered CBT will be sent a “Welcome to Nextera” email with login credentials to Nextera Admin. DTCs will be copied in on emails to principals. Principals of schools that order CBT are required to verify CBT Technology Readiness on Nextera Admin by December 29, 2017.
