Who is responsible for administering the computer-based NYSAA test to students attending an out of district school?

For students attending a school that is outside of the district that holds Committee on Special Education (CSE) responsibility, the location where the student is attending is responsible for administering the test and for ensuring that the correct data is in the DLM system.
