System Scan for MacOS and iOS

We have been notified by NWEA that certain supported minor versions of operating systems for Mac and iPad are not working correctly with their System Scan tool. As a result, when a school attempts to run the scan on a Mac or iPad, it may indicate that the OS version they are running is not supported.

If you attempt to run a system scan on a device that is running what you believe to be a supported operating system based on information provided on NWEA’s System Readiness website (https://www.questarai.com/readiness/) and the scan result displays the Operating System Version as Not Supported, please reach out to NWEA customer support at:
