Troubleshooting Tips for Printing Student Login Tickets

The following steps include "troubleshooting tips" that our CBT schools can reference if student login tickets are not aligning properly with the labels when printing. Troubleshooting Tip for Printing Student Login Tickets

To ensure accurate label alignment when printing using either of the Avery formats, it is recommended to open the labels in Google Chrome.
If the PDF does not automatically launch in a Chrome browser, locate the file in the Downloads folder, right-click, and select Open with > Google Chrome. When the Print dialog box opens, make sure the Destination printer is NOT set to “Save as PDF.” Select More Settings, and ensure Scale is set to Default. Then select Print.

Important Note: Do not print student login tickets until your students are organized into their appropriate testing "classes" in Nexera Admin and student accommodations are set.
