Below is a video intended to walk principals and test coordinators through the Questar student response recovery process on the Nextera Secure Browser. We are contacting all CBT ELA principals with guidance for their students who may have encountered technical difficulties while testing this week. Questar technical colleagues will also be situated throughout NYS for the remainder of the week to assist with this process.
This process is intended to assist schools whose students paused the test or were “booted out” of the Nextera Test Delivery System on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 and have found that, upon re-accessing the test, their responses are no longer visible within the test.
Please contact Questar Customer Support (NY.email@example.com or call 866-997-0695) to open a Customer Support ticket. If possible, please provide student NYSSIS IDs. If you send an email please include “Student Response Recovery [school name]” in the subject line This may help to expedite the process if Questar needs to assist.
Do not send student names via email.
