CBT Weekly Updates Call 5/25/18
- CBT field testing has been quiet, but we do have 3,000-6,000 students testing on average every day.
- Biggest issue remains use of the tiny “Change” link at the top of the page and users who are using IE browser and cannot see the “Print Login Tickets” button.
- A lot of users are simply brand-new to CBT and do not have any information on where to begin.
- Kiara created a “Getting Started” article that we’ll share in the CBT This Week listserv message later today.
- We’ll also remind folks that all Nextera Admin user steps are in Appendix L of the CBT SAFT School Administrator’s Manual.
- We are planning to close the operational CBT Surveys on Monday, so we’ll have one more push today in the CBT This Week listserv message.
- Reminder: we are posting daily status on CBT Support called “CBT Today” that indicates the health at-a-glance of the Nextera systems. We’ll also share this information in the CBT This Week listserv message this afternoon.
