How do I contact my Regional Information Center (RIC) or Big 5 District Testing Department?

For district or school administrators who have questions about CBT or need additional assistance verifying the CBT Technology Readiness Checklist, they can contact CBT Support or ask their local Regional Information Center (RIC) testing department and Big 5 district for more information. The RIC colleagues are our first-level of support for CBT in the field in New York State.

RIC colleagues have the knowledge and ability to assist their districts and schools within their region with any CBT tasks in Nextera Admin, including account activation and assistance with creating new users. We have created the following table with each Level 1/RIC testing group general email or a RIC testing group colleague's direct email.

We hope this helps to streamline communication for CBT.
